I will remind everybody the Codex and Claude Code CLI's work better than Apple's version and do not require 16GB of ram 😅
Honestly you do want 16Gb or ram, and lots of disk space even now, unless you have a second Mac act as a server for you.
Xcode EATS disk space, I spotted I have a 30+GB build folder for 1 project. And the simulators and device symbols.
But it is funny to point out how Apple's own tools, even their agentic ones, are still worse than 3rd party tools now.
