Reading the post in the quoted toot from Nik Silver led me to the linked post from @annashipman

I vaguely remember reading it in the past but re-reading it I obviously didn’t follow a lot of the advice in there as I kept thinking while reading “what a great insight, why didn’t I try that?” If you happen to be leading up a bunch of senior engineers (or any leadership group I think) it’s well worth a read.
