It's #WorldHearingDay please do 1) not speak entire sentences from another room 2) point your talker at the person's hearer. Now it gets tricky. Please also 3) resist the urge to make editorial comments in an undertone, it sucks when I have to ask what and then don't hear either of the things being said, 4) try to take turns talking.

Also, please do protect your hearing by using hearing protection. I know saying "what" a lot looks glamorous, but you're cool enough as you are.
