@siracusa It's interesting to read the overwhelmingly negative response in the comments. Most cite their only occasional need for reviews when a purchase is imminent, and I can understand that feeling. Not everyone reads reviews as a hobby. But then they go on to suggest schemes with lower-tier access like $1 for lifetime access to a single article or $3 for all the articles for a given category and model year, which seems...contradictory? I don't get why anyone would need "lifetime" access to a limited set of articles if you only want to read them right before making a purchase. And what good is lifetime access multiple years after a purchase is made?
Also, as you say regularly during ATP membership drives, just pay for one month and then cancel. Is $10 really that much more of a burden vs $3 when you're researching something that costs hundreds? 🤷♂️
