But seriously. The cat went out. There was a crash. The cat is found in the hall in full zoomies mode. The only open window is the upstairs bathroom which is far from any other ledge or window. Ruling out teleportation, it's a boggle how she got in. I'm not ruling out teleportation.

@nivrig

Bathroom window? I'm betting catapult.

"The Cat Who Walks Through Walls" also comes to mind.

@cazabon She is quite a young cat.
@nivrig Cats have extremely broad quantum wavefunctions. If you don't observe them constantly, the little buggers will absolutely take advantage. You don't hear any tales about Schrodinger's Dog, do you?
@TomF Indeed. Dogs demand you observe them at all times. They are very uncomfortable with uncollapsed probabilities.
@nivrig i say different it’s two cats
@nivrig boringly, cats can climb brick walls if determined enough..

@nivrig When that happened here with #SamCat I eventually worked out he’d come in through the velux window over the stairs.

I worked it out when the neighbour told me she’d found him in her house when she came back from the shops. Much to the disgust of her elderly lady cat.

Neighbour wouldn’t let me pay for the broken vase either 🙃
