So back in the day I used to play Gran Tourismo 1 and 2 a lot. Me and my friend even got nr. 2 to 100% (there are multi-hour endurance races!). A tradition emerged when I bought my dream car in-game and tuned it to the absolute max. The result was a ‘67 Corvette Stingray that was insanely fast and pretty much impossible to control. We dubbed it “The Beast” and challenged each other to win various races with it.
