@airy what did you think of the gorillaz short film? i think it was absolutely beautiful and both super on brand for gorillaz but also strangely much more authentic than a lot of their previous work

their emotional and artistical maturity clearly show in the music and the visuals

@nelson wow, thats a great question!!!!!! im really happy about the music video (& the phase in general). theres so much to love about it, but i really like the moon cave sequence with the cave paintings coming to life. it reflects the album's theme of people staying with us even in death in a really neat way. that & the backgrounds because holy SHIT
