@superflippy A true achievement, House of Leaves is a bit of a beast! Whenever I see it mentioned I always have to ask if you've heard the album 'Haunted' by Poe? She's Danielewskis sister and the album is the unofficial sound track to House of Leaves.

@RyanGourlie I didn’t know this! I love to pick suitable music to listen to while I read. I’ll have to play that album during the last few pages which I will hopefully finish tonight.

@superflippy might be hard to read with it going, but then I prefer silence. It's still its own thing, HoL was inspiration not a hard outline, and its 90s alt-rock so just be ready for that lol

@RyanGourlie That seems very appropriate. I’m about the same age as Johnny Truant in the book, so one thing I enjoy about the story is reliving the late 90s.
