lowspeedchaseLooks great! You mentioned cold, I am trying ‘Rocoto’ peppers this season - I had a salsa and hot sauce made with them in Peru and the flavor blew my mind! They are native at higher elevations and are very cold tolerant, unusual for a pepper! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsicum_pubescens check it out!
