This is “Fountain of Wishes”, a bronze sculpture of a urinating policeman in #Osnabrück, Germany. The protective clothing worn by the urinating riot #policeman is intended to make him resemble a Roman legionnaire. To me, he looks more like someone from ICE, especially when viewed from the side.

A sign on the bridge railing close by points out that every person is responsible for their own actions. Under this sign is a button which, when pressed, sends a jet of water from the figure towards the button. With this button, the #artist Fernando Sánchez #Castillo attempts to stimulate the viewer's playfulness in order to convey his “message”. In winter, the water jet is turned off.
