Connection Error dialog A connection error occurred: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

@ChocolatePie @keao @LunarPhoenix I couldn't even stay online when I was trying to use it two weeks ago, and I have been watching for updates on the github page, and there have been none for around two weeks, so I am really thinking it is probibly dead in the water.
