idk you see a musician and you think 'I'll check their music out' and then you look for links and you find nothing you can listen to without setting up an account first and other links you don't understand.

The web never used to be like that.

@lydiaconwell I look on YouTube for a free sample and then if I like it (and it’s there) I buy it on Bandcamp.

@lydiaconwell I used to drive an hour each way to dig through record store bins in San Francisco, so in perspective I think it's pretty easy ;)
