This is absurd. If another country hit our top civilian and military leaders and wiped them out, then bombed 1,000 targets and threatened five more weeks of bombings, we'd say it was war. Get real or get out of here with this.
@georgetakei You know as well as I do that if you call it a "war" that there are globally accepted rules of war, and the current view by some countries is that as long as you don't call it a war, your opponent's forces don't get the rights they'd get under a war. No war crimes, no prisoners of war, no Geneva convention.
Not saying it makes sense, or that it's actually going to hold. But it matches what they do.
