Does anyone I follow work at Meta, or know someone that does? I created an account for my pizza business last night and it got disabled within the hour. I appealed, was unsuccessful and the account is now permanently disabled.

I could just create a new account, but I don't know what community standards I violated, I did almost nothing in the account and I don't want to risk a new account getting banned too, along with instagram etc.

Retoots appreciated.

As for why I need an account at all, local Facebook groups are pretty much essential for any sort of moving pop-up business, and unfortunately without it I'm at a significant disadvantage.

@wj can't see if anyone else has replied ... my guess is the "created an account" part. Facebook accounts are meant to be for a person. If you want to represent your buisness, i think Facebook want you to make a page for that.

@jarofgreen The "create a page" link is in the main navigation bar on the left, and as far as I can tell is designed for what I am trying to do. If it wasn't they wouldn't show it.
