@bitbraindev I needed to contact Hetzner support last week and it was great. Called a number and the dude was like "yeah, I see, let me go to the rack and check, I'll drop you an email". Very much a no-bullshit approach.

@Igigog reminds me of my fibre provider here in the UK. I use quite a niche provider (Intouch Systems from Norwich) and it's the same there.

Got an issue with my connection, and guy on the phone is like "yo one sec let me check for you real quick, type these commands"
