Codex is burning through the 5-hour rate limit unusually fast today, and my weekly limit is also draining quickly. This is the 1st time Ive hit the 5-hour cap on a single task—and it wasn't even anything out of the ordinary. Did the rate limits get adjusted recently? @thsottiaux
