Someone recently said that llms being deterministic meant that when they ordered a coffee they always got 1, not sometimes getting 2.
I pointed out they wanted determinism and correctness, and they said "that's the worst pro AI argument ive ever heard"
I dont understand how that is pro AI 😂 so... they werent wrong i guess?

@demofox Correctness is arguably more important than deterministism. I don't care what words it uses to order the coffee, but I certainly want it to get exactly one coffee. I don't care if the same program generated exactly the same image for the same query, but I care they both generated a correct interpretation of the query.
