Unlike pre-emptive wars, preventive ones are deemed unlawful because they grant the powerful licence to strike at will. The distinction is important; it is why many European governments rejected Russia’s justification of its invasion of Ukraine by claiming to head off a future threat. Law cannot be optional for allies and binding only for adversaries. [...]

Any politicians, in e.g. the EU, who praise this war of aggression also thereby legitimize that for example Putin might wake up some Monday morning in a bad mood and therefore decide to invade e.g. Poland, using EU politicians' currently praising whimsical war of aggression as legitimization; they are putting you at risk.

Police are civilian in armed conflicts unless the rulers decide to use the police for military tasks within the armed conflict, which it can strongly argued the Iran-theocracy has chosen to do whereby they made also police valid military targets.

All you would have had to do was to either take the matter to the UNSC to get a mandate, or get an invitation from any guerrilla who could be claimed to be territory holder within and in armed conflict against the crimes against humanity Iran-theocracy.

The counter-revolutionary military IRGC of the Iran-theocracy has sent mass text messages (SMS) to the people of Sine/Saneh/Sanandaj in Rojhelat (Iran-held Kurdistan)/NW Iran declaring any civilian movement or presence in the streets as "direct cooperation with the enemy" and has threatened citizens with severe action and being hit with a "strong fist", according to the Hengaw human rights org,
also reporting that the IRGC urges the people to snitch on any movement of weapons or militia activities specifically referencing the Kurdish parties.
Those parties, various degrees of leftist libertarian, secular, feminist, pro-autonomy (not separatist), pro-diversity, etc, in decades long armed opposition to the the theocracy, such as PJAK, PAK, Komala, KDPI/PDKI, Khabat, etc have their own freedom-guerrillas and and Peshmerga, and those are the ones the regime fears now.
While I was writing the previous an English article was released on the statement regarding yesterday Iran bombing the camps in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq belonging to the Iran-opposition parties PAK, KDPI/PDKI and Komala, from the PJAK ("Free Life Party of [Iran-held part of] Kurdistan") fellow member of the recently formed "Alliance of Political Forces of Iranian Kurdistan".
They among other things say that the attacks are "undoubtedly a sign of the regime’s fear", which must be obvious to anyone.

We need to do what we can to protect our loved ones and put an end to the Islamic Republic at the earliest opportunity, while at the same time preventing the seizure of the revolution by foreign forces and their servants.
