Any of you PhD students (or those who have already done their time) keep a "lab notebook"? I've been trying to keep better notes on what I'm doing day-to-day, and I'm wondering if you all have any tips for how to do that effectively.
@markusde mastodon is your co-"lab notebook"

@markusde I assign myself GitHub issues for things that need to be done (and have separate labels for engineering “chores” vs more research-y things), inspired by this blogpost from Rachit Nigam:

@markusde I've been using hedgedoc for my own note-taking and for collaboration.
