Our clothing, the blouse I wore that day, the hairstyles, Alex's sweater, all of that goes into this realistically-looking picture. The AI doesn't make anything up here, but functions as a computer graphical 'renderer' of a scene description and our underlying ideas. — AI as a renderer, that's an interesting line of thought, isn't it?
