@orange_lux @GrapheneOS c'est pas un move à la con ? À quelques mois du verrouillage d'Android par Google ?
@thinmax @orange_lux @GrapheneOS oui pourquoi limiter à quelques téléphones ?

@scaro @thinmax @orange_lux There's no direct impact on GrapheneOS from the Google Mobile Services changes which are being referred to and it has been widely misrepresented as with many others things. It's still going to be possible to install apps without verified developers on a Google Mobile Services OS and there's no such thing for GrapheneOS.

GrapheneOS requires devices with proper updates, hardware security features and alternate OS support. Currently only Pixels provide what we need.

@scaro @thinmax @orange_lux Motorola is actively working on providing all of the requirements for GrapheneOS for a subset of their future devices. The devices will have official support for GrapheneOS and we'll be provided with what we need to support the hardware along with having significant help with it. It's not an exclusive partnership for either of us and doesn't rule out other OEMs meeting the requirements to support GrapheneOS. However, it shouldn't be expected other devices will do it.
@GrapheneOS ok
