@thinmax @orange_lux There's no direct impact on GrapheneOS from the Google Mobile Services changes you're referring to and it has been widely misrepresented as with many others things. It's still going to be possible to install apps without verified developers on a Google Mobile Services OS and there's no such thing for GrapheneOS.
