I will try to get photos of the rising moon tomorrow, March 2nd. Just as the moon will rise tomorrow, the sun will be just 1 degree above the horizon. The sunlight will illuminate the foreground for a balanced photo.
On March 3rd the moon will rise after the sun has set. The moon will be bright, and the foreground will be very dark...silhouettes in any photo. That will make photos very different compared to 24 hours earlier.
Oh, the total lunar eclipse!

In New Mexico it'll be maximum eclipse at about 4:30AM. Hmmmm, will I set an alarm and wake up for it?
Visibility: The eclipse will be completely visible over northeast Asia, northwestern North America, and the central Pacific Ocean, seen rising over much of Asia and Australia and setting over North and South America.

Set an alarm to get up early. This eclipse happens in the early morning, before sunrise, before morning twilight.
