I do photograph the moon often...thin crescent in the evening sky, full moon rising as the sun sets, etc. I've done it enough that I look at my photos and sigh: another cliche moon shot?! You gotta find something new in them, lol!

the moon is a photographer's foil, so impressive to just gaze at, but try to take a picture and most of us are disappointed. From now on, I think I'll just wait for your shots! Really great shots.
(I will probably post another bad shot before the morning is out, haha)
