@Greg_Ray I'm surprised. Is this something Substack is asking users for globally? I know UK has laws that requires them to do it. I didn't know other countries had that requirement too - is that by law in Australia?

Seems Substank has just decided to do it off its own bat, maybe to help Thiel collect more biometric data.
