@axbom I have no doubt that any use of the current wave of GenAI/LLMs is going to cause people to suffer and die that would otherwise not. people dont understand how fragile and mindless they are and the insane absence of reasonable QA/QC that happens

It is utterly crazy how rules, regulations and the Hippocratic Oath seams to have vanished from health care these days. Especially when it comes to anything where AI can be applied with the slimmest excuse it can save money or improve productivity.

It is like if all and any who have a governing role to safeguard, that proper care is given, have gone AWOL.

Sadly I can't see any signs that those responsible, including politicians, is realizing how badly they themselves is screwing up!
