HelixNotes now on Android, same Rust + Tauri codebase - Lemmy.World

Last month I posted HelixNotes here and some of you asked about mobile. Version 1.2.1 ships with an Android APK. Same codebase, Rust + Tauri 2.0, no separate app. Since last post: Android support, Ollama for local AI, graph view performance improvements, wiki-link navigation, and a bunch of mobile UX polish. Direct APK download from the site. IzzyOnDroid submission in progress. AGPL-3.0, source on Codeberg [https://codeberg.org/ArkHost/HelixNotes].

In what way is this better than LogSeq?

Different tools. LogSeq is outliner tool with a database backend. HelixNotes is a markdown editor (with default WYSIWYG editor) with plain .md files on disk
