@JonathanMosen Would love to see a future webinar comparing accessibility of cloud VOIP phone systems in 2026. As traditional copper wires have been cut over the last decade, most Enterprises as well as small and medium businesses are fully turning to cloud phone systems to maximize employee productivity in the office and on the go. Popular platforms like Ring Central, Verizon One Talk, Twilio, Vonage, and Zoho Voice - just to name a few, have fundamental gaping accessibility shortages. The accessibility for these apps is currently so broken that blind employees can hardly use them to make, receive, and track calls during the course of their business day, let alone administer or manage these services for their organization. Digital transformation should present freedom, not barriers in workplace environments for blind people, who often excel in communications jobs when accessibility is present and prevalent. Some of the above plowed phone systems had fair accessibility at some point throughout their existence, but in the last six months, as in the case of Ring Central, the accessible nature has completely deteriorated. Others, like Verizon, have never been accessible throughout their life cycle. Thank you for posting the article about AT&T!
