I kept up with the page logging all the way through February and it probably made me read some when I might not otherwise have done, so that's all good. Thursday's seem unexpectedly good for reading.

And this has also reminded me that I should get back to and finish the public domain Nancy Drew that I started even though it's surprisingly unengaging and annoying rather than the light and fun I expected.

You're totally allowed to DNF a book that you're not enjoying! I DNF'd two in February. I figure if I have to force myself to read it, I'm better off reading something else instead.

@djtoebeans This is true. I am very bad at actually DNFing things. I generally push things off and never actually make a decision to stop, they are just abandoned. And I’m using “things” rather than “books” here because I realise this applies to so much more stuff in my life than just books!

@nocto I can definitely relate there. It's easier for me to consciously DNF books than projects because I'm usually borrowing from the library. Especially when other people are waiting on them.
