Anyway, solving the keyboard problem by spending more money than I can really afford to, on a new one. x.x

Spent a couple of hours between last night and this morning looking at potential replacements and being put off by:
- oh that's a lot of very gaudy & bright LEDs (and no definitive info on whether I can turn 'em off without bullshit)
- oh that's as expensive as buying a new model M.
- oh that's got the US-style small enter key/other layout fuckery
