@AnnonBudgie All of the above, and maybe other options: I'm wondering if I can put them in my fuel tank, or use them to somehow repair rotting decking. The possibilities are endless!

My neighbours are saying no more tomatoes please...
I have 4kg frozen in 200gm containers (use instead of tinned tomatoes)
But there are 2kg sitting on my bench taunting me..
I don't want to make passata or preserve them (no time)
@AnnonBudgie I hear that: my preferred preservation methods are #fermenting and/or #dehydrating: ain't got time/space for bottling/canning, even though I'm only sporadically employed at the moment.

Normally I'd be well up for preserving and fermenting.. but not this year
Dehydrating is another go to .. but I need a better outdoor location for next summer

@AnnonBudgie I bought a 6-shelf electric dehydrator during the depths of the lockdowns, so I'm kinda cheating.
@ghost_shit I have a 5/6 tray electric one too...
But no AC so I prefer to run it outside as it heats the surrounds too much

I've been thinking about setting up racks for dehydrating stuff next to the fans of our AC unit. On hot days they blast out hot air all day, it would be perfect for it. Need to make them insect proof tho.
