@marc_veld the draft contains many flaws, legally & in contend IMO it can be assumed to be drafted by a halucinating AI overseen by ppl who have not enough understanding of what they are doing. It seems like a typical AI flawed pattern. This is especially frightening in regards of the scandal Felon 47 cutting out Anthropic on 27.02.26 for maintaining their ethical & moral duties regarding saftey & security, to be replaced with the ethically & morally flexible OpenAI focused soley on profits.
