there’s now a no-teflon nonstick carbon steel pan made by misen, and it looks really good, but it’s only been out for a short while and I’ll look at what happens to it in a year or two before deciding to buy it. I’m very excited for it though, maybe the dream of a good pan with no maintenance is finally real.
