Does anyone know if there’s a way to recover an #InternetArchive account if you only remember the username, not the email address?

I have a rarely-logged-in-to, 20-year-old account that I’d like to get access to again: https://archive.org/details/@djwudi

I’m >95% sure the email address is a plus-address variation of my email (I used to do this a lot), but none of the most obvious choices (+wayback, +waybackmachine, +internetarchive, +archive) are being accepted to trigger a password reset email.

In other systems, there is often an “I forgot my email” option that will send a confirmation email to the address on file; IA doesn’t seem to have that option, and it appears that without the right email address, you’re stuck.

I’d really prefer not to have to set up a new account; I’ve been “djwudi” consistently since the mid-‘90s.

Any suggestions or connections to someone on the inside who can help me get back into the account?

@djwudi I've had pretty good luck just contacting [email protected] when I had issues. Not that one specifically, but they've been pretty responsive to other inquiries, so maybe they could help with that, too.
