@emily_rugburn The rechargeable has a bit more range from what I've heard. I like that I can use it plugged in too. There are actually a lot of good (and affordable) wands if one is willing to experiment. I hope your simple battery powered one works for you?

I still have a basic vibratex one from the ancient times that takes 4 AA batteries. I like the fact that when it dies, I can just quickly replace the batteries and go without needing to wait for it to charge. It's not the right kind of vibe for me though (head is too small, and it's not resonant to my liking) but it lives as a backup I forget about until reminded. I think that one was about $20 and excellent for the price.

I'm not terribly worried about the magic wand being too much. I am what some might call "difficult", "way too picky", etc.

@h3mmy its intense. i have seen people use them directly and i have absolutely no idea how theyre able to do that. i needed at least a towel folded over as a barrier.

i no longer own it which is fine with me but it still worked really well after almost 11 years.

I'm very sensitive in general, but once I'm warmed up and going, it becomes much more manageable. I imagine it's like that for most folks with the exception that I don't warm easily.

Using a towel is good! I know some people do jeans, etc. lots of options for indirect vibe contact.

11 years is a good amount of time. Definitely seems like it was durable.
