"Iran's Shahed drone has caused havoc across Ukraine", BBC from an article on "Iran retaliation raises questions about US air defences"

If Iran is responsible for who they sell weapons to, and I personally think they are

But if they are, you don't get to stop there, you have to follow that logic

That means all the weapons sold by the UK, and Canada, US, Germany, France, etc are therefore responsible for the mass murder of children in Gaza and the West Bank, and for the genocide

@ekis I wonder how many Raspberry PI or similar are ending up in those drones and if that is why nobody can get them on the civilian/hobbyist market?

UK has decades of history of providing "both sides" of any war with tech (whether or not sanctions are in operation), plenty of entrepreneurs will get components to the frontline if they can make a few quid..

@ekis Sure does. Also note that not only Russia but the US too use copies of the Shahed one-day bomb drone.

If a random Shahed went off on a new and unexpected battlefield within range of all 3 countries, one would have to examine the wreckage to determine whether it was of Iranian, US, or Russian origin.

This of course implies that Iran is ahead of not only Russia but the US too in designing cheap yet effective drone weapons.

@ekis well when has rules, laws, standards or norms ever apply to the west?. They are just there to be enforced on to others and others are expected to conform to or else ostracised as a pariah of the west.

This view is sold though the corporate media, very easily, even now when people have clearly seen the bias and blatant propaganda sold about their local regimes (Maga, reform etc), completely believes everything the same media reports about other "unfriendly nations" as pure facts.

@ekis

Absolutely true...
