I went ahead and got new ear buds because Anker sucks with customer service. Seriously. They can't find the stupid serial number. And I bought it form their stupid online store. So yeah, Anker sucks.
New clip-ons sound better but aren't as sturdy of a build. I'm just going for something that lasts longer than 10 months.
