This always happens every time I bake bread. It always ends up the densest thing known to mankind. Tastes pretty good with butter and jelly straight out of the maker, though.

@idiot how do you knead? and do you bloom the yeast before?
@harblinger @idiot sounds like a bread maker situation, so both of those should be covered

probably lacking a hell of a lot of water and butter
@[email protected] probably overmixing and not proofing enough/correctly but i'm not a bread expert. yeast goes bad, idk maybe it is expired or smth
