It is reality.

This is a friendly reminder that “propaganda” isn’t always evil. It’s just people trying to persuade people.
This picture is absolutely propaganda. It’s also absolutely something people need to see to help understand the very human cost of the actions their government is taking.

I get what you are saying, technically anything that is intended to have influence is propaganda. Edward Bernays invented the term “public relations” because he thought there needed to be a less dirty word for propaganda during peace time.
But to hear some bigot say this is “Iranian ismalic state propaganda” when the country I’m a citizen of bombed a childrens school, just really rubbed me the wrong way.
Edit: It could have been a black flag by the Iranians, but I would not put it past USA or Israel.
Of course it is propaganda. Iran chose to push this image to the world, claiming that USA or Israel targetted a school.
Did they publish casualty images of when they murdered thousands of their own people during the riots? Did they proudly publish images of what they have done to Ukraine through Russia? Probably not so much.
