Shortly after noon today, the President of the United States was finally seen again after days locked away in the White House since his disastrous State of the Union address. As he walked toward reporters ahead of his departure for Texas, his condition was noticeably worse. His shoulders were hunched forward, even as he tried to stand tall. His eyes were so puffy they appeared nearly swollen shut.
