I'm not sure we've figured out the full ramifications of that statement. Does that mean Microsoft can't use Claude? Google? Apple?

@stroughtonsmith @TechCrunch I just watched an interview with the Anthropic CEO (60 minutes interview) where he said that the DOW can't legally can't do that?
