@steeph Good point... If you're throwing them away fast enough in the first place you'd hopefully get a full bin before they have a chance to grow mold though. Maybe slit the lemons open to let the juice out before binning, so it can act as a natural inhibitor of mold growth on the lemons below. But I'm not a scientist, just a dreamer.
