Original, solid and heavy, circa early 1930's, approx 94 years old.
As it's oak, unsurprisingly the door is very heavy.
It has three hinges, but no keys for the locks so the mortice and Yale will need replacing, they can be easily unscrewed and removed.
It has been painted a grey/blue colour in the past (see pictures), however once stripped back to the original oak wood it will show it's beautiful hay/straw like colour, or it can be stained by new owner.
