You can infer quite a bit from the countries we share a color with on the map. I think that’s DRC, Mozambique, and Nigeria in Africa. I don’t generally associate those governments with robust workers rights.

Sorry to disappoint you but Nigeria has 5 paid vacation days per year, so you are looking at countries with even worse conditions.

I have no idea about the paid vacation days in Nigeria, but the list says 5 days for Nigeria and the colour of Nigeria is the light green for 1-5 days.
