Staying up late to rebuild my workout schedule in R so it automatically fills in the correct recent weights for each exercise as the starting weight for the next session.
@KatS@weres i’m tracking my workout sets in a spreadsheet and use a Quarto/R document to generate a report that gives me nice charts about my progress and an up-to-date schedule that tells me what my weights for the next workout session should be
@KatS@weres i don’t use it in the gym. When I go for a workout I copy the schedule into a note in my phone and when I get back home I enter the sets I actually did into the spreadsheet
