EXHIBIT C: In which @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]] [https://lemmy.sdf.org/u/notwesker] merely warns [https://lemmy.sdf.org/comment/25926195] @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]] [https://lemmy.sdf.org/u/pieguy] instead of applying a ban as done previously for far less explicit cases of a rule 1 violation. EXHIBIT D: In which @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]] [https://lemmy.sdf.org/u/pieguy] threatens to repeat [https://lemmy.sdf.org/comment/25926983] the act of violating rule 1. As restitution for the damages we are seeking: - That @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]] [https://lemmy.sdf.org/u/pieguy] receive the appropriate punishment for 3 acts of violating rule 1. - That @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]] [https://lemmy.sdf.org/u/notwesker] issue a formal written apology to the community for inconsistently enforcing the rules. - That all acts of restitution requested by class action claimants be satisfied to the best of @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]] [https://lemmy.sdf.org/u/notwesker]’s ability.
