Having grown up in an Old Boys Club environment, I'd pick up a cute sexist joke and my sister would rip me a new one. I was corrected a few times along the way. But, when we got women in the Navy, some paid lip service, others got involved. I went to the gender studies and sessions about the way forward.
With minor exceptions, most political failures and wars were the result of men. I'd like to see women replace many of those male dominated roles.
I would like t see the same, women replacing men as world leaders.
We, women are fed up.

I used to have 4 women who worked in my department when they first came on board ship. 2 played the system, and one excelled above the men. But, when they competed, it wasn't in a fair system, they had to be better than the men in the forces to be noticed, and none of the men were helping them.

I worked in a male dominated field and for my supervisors I had to do the same--prove myself better, more competent than my male counterparts, but many men resented this, they said I made them "look bad". All the while they did not realize each and every one was a willing participant, a supporter, of the system that forced women to make more of an effort to have a superior skillset in order to be hired and simply to remain employed.
