Dealing with incurious coders is very frustrating. They aren't interested in solving a problem well, in a way that's future-proof, or a way that's scalable. They just want it done as quickly and simply as possible. Tech debt is just one of the many problems that can come from this, but generally speaking it just results in Bad Code™.
