Like many fellow digital nomads, I wanted to exercise regularly, but moving around interfered with my routine.

So I adjusted my workout habit to be universal. Now it's:
- weight-based with a fallback to bodyweight exercises
- have alternative exercises when needed
- effort feedback for each exercise
- minimum of 4 sessions a week
- synced with fitness trackers
- adjusted for limited space
- can do it in any gym
- 45-60 min sessions
- increasing weights
