I will be rebooting the server where Masto.host website and dashboard are hosted.
No instance will be impacted.
The website and dashboard will be down for about 5 minutes.
This is also a good time to check out the new Masto.host Status page, now live at https://status.masto.host. Still testing, but it should provide much more clarity on any issues that come up.
The reboot on the website and dashboard server is not going as smoothly as expected -- the server got stuck and needs a manual intervention from the data center. Hopefully it should be back online soon.
Again, no instances are impacted. All hosted services are running normally.
The Masto.host website and dashboard are back online.
The server required manual intervention after becoming stuck during the reboot. Once back up, the kernel update that triggered the reboot proved to have compatibility issues with the server, so I had to revert to the previous version. Everything is now running normally.
